It was a great pleasure to be a speaker at the Pennsylvania State University Business Leaders Conference and share about my journey as a businessman, how I started and the success that my Companies have achieved.
It was truly an honor to share my story with such an inspiring group of young individuals.
My oldest son, current PennState student, and my wife, who graduated from PennState with her MBA, were among the audience, that made it even more special to me.
Starting my own business was not easy. It required a lot of hard work, dedication, perseverance. There were many challenges along the way, but with determination, knowledge and a clear vision, I was able to overcome them and build over time successful family of companies from the ground up.
I shared with young leaders at Penn State University the importance of staying true to your values, never giving up on your dreams, and having a right partner by your side who supports you and believes in you, even if no one else does.
I am grateful for the opportunity to be a speaker at PennState University today and I hope that my story helped as well as inspired young leaders to pursue their own dreams, make right business decisions and and to never give up on achieving your goals.
