Data Cleanse Makes Assignment and Release Prep a Breeze

ProTitleUSA’s acquisition of DocSolutionUSA has allowed for an even more expansive product line. One of the most popular new services is Data Cleanse. While it has only been live for a few months, it is quickly becoming a fan favorite. Using OCR, data extraction and validation, this service provides a verified dataset for creating the next assignments in the chain, or release documents with all elements required by the local county recorder’s office. If DocSolutionUSA is used for the preparation and recording of these new assignments or releases, there is no additional cost for Data Cleanse. If our client opts to utilize their own document preparation and recording company, there is a $5.00 fee per asset for Data Cleanse.
